Live Chat pop-up

So i configured my live chat in a wordpress disabling phone-calls and video-calls, but when a new chat is open, it opens as a pop-up with the entire URL in it. And that is easily modifiable.

As an initial solution, is it possible to at least hide that URL?

And as an better integrated solution, is it possible to having the chat inside the web page and not opening a pop-up?

This was actually changed to a pop-out to avoid people clicking new pages and closing the existing chats over and over again.

At present there is no way to hide the URL at the top of the chat window by default.
