hi, i am using spa 3102 as fxo. I installed cisco spa303, 3cx works locally. I can receive calls in spa 303 and I receive internal calls. but when I want to make an outgoing call, it makes a call but the call comes back to the same phone, where do you think I should look for the problem?

There is also a working sip trunk in the system. Spa303 has sip trunk set as internal 1, and my analog fxo line is set as internal 3 and spa 3102.

The extension need to be in the default group... did you check that?

yes i did, can you help me if i give anydesk remote connection?

Ok you checked it, but you didnt answer the question. Is the extension from where you tried the call in this group?

yes in the same group

Post the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose) of a failed call, that is supposed to route to the gateway. Post only that call, from the point 3CX receives an Invite from the set, to the point it attempts to pass the call onto the gateway.

Hello, I have uploaded the log records you requested.

I want to ask another thing; I have 2 lines in 3cx, someone is analog, someone is calling from sip trunk, sip trunk is calling and receiving calls, when I dial a number from my ip phone, by default it calls over sip trunk, how can I get it to make calls using the analog line. Well, if I learn this, I can see the errors more clearly. However, I set all the calls in the outgoing rules on the analog line and I am trying to give you the log records. If I don't do this, my phone is making a call using a direct sip line and since I don't know how to make a call using the analog line I'm having trouble with, the problem is back to the beginning.

It looks as if the gateway is not registering, or 3CX is not sending the outgoing call to the correct IP and port, which is a functon of the trunk setttings in both the gateway and 3CX. To send calls out on the 3102 as first choice, means re-arranging the order of the trunks in the outbound rules.

Well, I understand you, then if you want me to take screenshots of the settings of which parts or what you want us to do, tell me and I will do it.

:(
:(

Please don't continue this as a conversation as no one else gets to see it or benefit from a solution, if it happens. Which is the whole point of the forum.

We have not been able to make any progress for the moment , where do you think we should continue to investigate ?

Try to put the outgoing rule for the analog line to the top of the rules.

I tried it that way , I mean ; There are two lines in the switchboard, one is sip and the other is analog. When I want to make a call from the ip phone, how can I get the dial tone from the analog line?

Your extension need to be in the default group. The outbound rule need to be on top position. What das your log says when you try to call.

All of them are in the default group, the screenshot from the outgoing calls section is attached.

i think my problem is in spa 3102, because it seems to me that we need to test outgoing calls from it first and then look for problem on 3cx side

Yes, it looks like that. The calls are going to the spa and than stops with 404

then let's focus on spa 3102 , let's take a look at its settings , let me describe the structure as follows .

My Analog Line enters the line input of the spa 3102, and it connects to my local 3cx server with the switch, together with the blue wan, that is, the internet output. Of course, I am using Mikrotik brand as router. I have been using miktorik and 3cx local for a long time without any problems. Until I asked spa 3102 to act as FXO for my system,

Everything is ok so far and I have set it to the system as spa 3102 fxo with my own knowledge and I have sent you the screenshots. Incoming call is coming and we are having problems with outgoing call.

Apart from these, the part where I asked the question and couldn't get an answer is, if I had a sip and an analog line working in the system and when I wanted to make a call, how would my ip phone understand which line I wanted to call when I made a call to any number? Well, I didn't get an answer from anyone, unfortunately ?

Because this is at the moment not your problem. First you need to fix the spa to get outgoing calls working. Than you can do other stuff.

in your outgoing rule set first route to SPA and second to SIP Trunk, like this SPA will be the first to be targetted for outgoing calls and if already in use then a second call will go using route 2 (your SIP Trunk)
