Hey guys,
I have a setup where I have users on two different locations. When users from location A dials a number with no Country Code, by the outbound rules I know that this call is meant to reach someone located on country A, and the same setup works for users on country B.
The problem is: When I'm on a conference and a user from country A tries to add someone, who starts the call is the Conference Extension and by it's number I cannot differ is the call is meant to reach country A or country B.
Has anyone ever faced this situation?
