We have a site we are taking over that looks to be running 15.6 that currently does not have a valid backup.
They do not have a working admin password and we are trying to avoid rebuilding the PBX from scratch.
The password reset via failed login is also not working and we are not sure why. We can't access the management portal to find out.
I know it used to be possible to go into PostgreSQL and find or reset the password but I cannot find any info on how to actually do this. I got connected to the DB on the PBX but have no idea what I am looking for in there. I have physical access to the machine.
Is anyone here familiar with how to find or reset the admin password on 15.6 from PostgreSQL?
Again we do not have a valid backup to get the password from and can't do a failed login reset.
