New to 3CX.
we have a site that has the incoming trunk go to a ring group with 3 ext. in it. they also have there out of office hours setup and working, I am tying to setup the lunch break times so that during 12:00 -13:00 all external calls will got the the voicemail.
i have tried to follow other posts however they have options under forwarding that I do not (18.0 (Build 908))
the times below are just used for testing at the moment as it is a live site. the times will change once its working (I've tried both lunch times and also Office Hours to get it to play the message as per image)
any help would be greatly appreciated
