Hi there,

We have been running our 3CX on Google Cloud but recently we migrated our system to Digital Ocean. Everything seems to be working perfectly fine. We are able to make/receive calls as well. But for some reason in the 3CX portal it gives this error message "Machine is not reachable. Please check the internet connection and firewall settings of this network." Is there any way to fix that?

Best,

Quick question, did you switch 3cx off on google cloud

Yes and the instance where we had 3CX on Google Cloud does not exist now!

As long as it's working I wouldn't worry about it. It just might take a bit for the portal to update

That was my first thought but it's been a month now :) Also I just noticed it gives a message regarding disk usage as well that the disk usage is at 87%. But in the Management Console I can see that the disk usage is at 31% Please check the attached screenshots.

Only a month? Come back after 3! :)

Yeah that doesn't seem right. In the new portal there's often an update message at the bottom when they make changes. Look for that as well as try a browser refresh or different browser/incognito mode.

@isaaydin disable Instance Manager on your Management Console and then enable it again.
Then check again after a couple of minutes :)
