macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 - issues with web client (multiple browsers)

Hi All

Any advice regarding this...

Web clients on MacOS Sequoia 15.3 and 15.1

Theres no sound on either end - Mic permissions are enabled and multiple browsers were tried(safari, chrome and Firefox)

But teams calls on the same devices work (app not browser)
