Can you please be a bit more precise? What are you trying to achieve?

To block outside calls during OOF hours, you can simply direct the trunk somewhere else. As for a list of missed call, unfortunately this would not be possible unless you check CDR or call log. However, there's no way of knowing via CDR if the system was Out-of-Office.

Your best option is to create a CallFlow and send calls to it outside of hours. This CallFlow can do pretty much anything with that.

See https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-flow-designer-manual/ for more information.

I believe the feature you are looking for is called voicemail. Enable voicemail to email and then you'll have your list of numbers.

Voice mail is take voice from the caller , i don't want to listen to his record voice ... i just only want from him to enter his number

The CallFlow buddy.

Voicemail notifications have the caller-id in the subject. No listening required. But yes if you want it into a file or database, then call flow as @Frederick Marcoux mentioned.

Hi @Khaled-Quenawy
i think options Cobaltit gives you with voicemail is very easy to do , works fine, and give you the result you hope.
If you prefer having notifications separatly you just need to create a mailbox to receive notifications from 3CX, set this mail adress to receive notifications and open this mailbox every morning to see who tried to call you when OOH.

you'll receive more than caller number because 3cx send also audio file in email, but if you don't need/want to listen you are not obliged.

If the majority of callers send caller ID, captured when they call in, then you could have the callers directed to an IVR saying "to be called back in the morning...press 2", this would direct them to a voicemail saying..."please enter your telephone number, then the number sign". (you could by-pass the IVR if not needed)
Now, of course, the telephone number they enter will never be used, but, it stops them recording a long message that you will probably not listen to anyway, as you will simply use their caller ID information, from the message notification in the email to call them back. Now, at least, they will be expecting your call.

You could also direct Anonymous callers to a separate voicemail, to actually leave a message. Hopefully, that would just be a very small number of callers.
