Manage voicemail on Deskphone or cell phone

Hello everyone
Let me ask: how do I manage voicemail now? Where is voicemail saved, and how do I change the path?
In case I don't have a PC or laptop, how can I play or listen to voicemails from extension numbers using a deskphone?
Is there a way to press a certain number, and the voicemails will automatically play back?

By default voicemails are saved on a specific path on the machine.
Maybe this forum post will be helpful here and this guideline as well.
