Manual configuration for Yealink T48S

Good morning,

I am trying to configure Yealink T48S manually on 3cx hosted.- I have added PBX address and sip port, authentication ID and password, extension number, etc. on the phone gui but does not work - any help will be appreciated . does 3cx allow for us to manually configure without auto provisioning?

How are trying to provision the phone - guessing it is stun.

Why are you doing it manually ?

If stun, untick 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked)' under options

Good Day, i managed to resolve the issue by changing the Authentication ID to normal ext number .
eg , if the Authentication ID was xters22 , i then changed to ext 100 which is normal extension
