Master Bridge says credentials incorrect

I'm trying to connect an MX250 over a sip trunk against a Cloud 3CX, I created the 3CX asa master bridge, and configured the trunk in the Zultis MX250, now here comes the weird part, our 3CX cloud indicates the credentials don't match, I checked them out, and even ended up copying and pasting directly from the 3CX trunk page to the other PBX, still the same issue, I've googled around but I've found no reason why this is happening is there any way to check on what is trully happening here?

We do not support that specific device, but with some trial and error you may be able to bridge it (no guarantees though)

The 3CX Activity Log (especially when set to Verbose mode) can help you see what it happening, but if that isn't enough you can also capture traffic on the 3CX system and analyze it in WireShark
