Merge Desk paging and overhead paging

We have Polycom phones with group paging enabled where there is a page soft key on the phones and all phones can be paged using that key.
And we have a Snom PA1 ATA configured as an extension to do overhead paging (line out to a Bogen amplifier with speakers)
The Polycom phones are set up in a standard fashion (default Multicast address of 224.0.1.116 and default multicast port is 5001.)
All the phones and the SNOM PA1 are in the same voice VLAN and individually, each of the paging process is working.

We would like to merge these two to work as one page... so that we don't have page twice.
Either have the Snom PA1 listen and relay when we page on the Polycom desk phones.
Or when we page the overhead speakers by calling the extension of the Snom PA1, the desk phones also play the same page.

Hoping that some people on this forum could provide some inputs. Appreciate you guys taking some time to respond back.

PS: Multicast troubleshooting on the layer 3 cisco (SG350) switch has not been done yet. I have read somewhere that Cisco switches it is disabled by default, but wonder how the Polycom desk paging is working?

We are talking about a paging ring group using multi-cast. I would think the PA1 would support multi-cast paging. After all, the PA1 is nothing more than a Snom phone in a hardened box. I assume you have tried adding the PA1 to the same paging ring group... but that didn't work?

Thanks for responding Matthew. I simply enabling group paging on the Polycoms by going to settings/PTT-Paging/enable and doing this on all the phones (just under 20) and all of them are in the default Group 1. And this is working fine.
I am trying to have the Snom PA1 listen in on the same multicast address/port 224.0.1.116:5001 (or the other way around.. relay this from the Snom to the Polycom phones)

I don't have a 3CX system yet.. we are currently using another random cloud provider (and I don't see an option to create something to combine this both into a single group). And I have looked in the Polycom interface to add something, but have not had much luck.

I know I don't have a 3CX system right now, and that this forum is for 3CX.. but hoping to get some valuable input as this is a better place to ask rather than Spiceworks, experts exchange, etc.
