Hi All,

I have installed 3cx in a test bed and I have to say I am very impressed. So nice to have it on a windows system so I dont have to learn linux!!!!

My question is can i integrate the 3CX with the current Meridian system we have installed and if so can i phone an extension from the 3cx to the meridian and visa versa? If so how to I go about this with a voip gateway?

ok so I think I can do this with a Patton SmartNode 4638.

Can anyone confirm this?

Hi,

If you check out the Add PSTN gateway node in the 3CX Management Console you will see that we have templated the configuration for Patton SmartNode 4634 and 4638 for specific firmwares mentioned in our http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/smartnode-isdn.html . If you're missing some templates, make sure you download the latest templates from the updates node. Please follow the config guide to the letter and ensure that you do not have a mismatch between the template chosen and the firmware in the Patton.

Rgds,

C.
