Quick question :
We are running the 3cx Windows clients from a Terminal Server (RDS). Whenever a user logs in to his session, this user needs to click on the quick menu and select 'Show BLF side panel", even if they previously did that in their last session.
Agreed, just a minor inconvenience, however, does anyone have any idea on how I could fix this annoyance?
To be perfectly clear : BLF side panel and config are working nicely - it is just that it disappears on a login from a user to our RDS service.
