Is your my phone server configured to accept HTTPS? Because 3CXPhone for iOS works only on HTTPS.

I think I might have found a bug (at least for internal)

It seems that most of the time.... (not sure why not always), the varaible "MyPhoneServerLocalSSLAddr" is set to something.local:443/etc

While this isn't a problem for Android devices, IOS devices absolutely will not communicate with a .local domain.

If I manually reconfigure the file say for my internal IP, everything is fine.

Ok, after further digging,

I think I found the issue with most IOS presence / provisioning.

3cx when it installs, prompts you for the FQDN for both internal and external. It stores this in the data base for connectivity, however it ALSO stores this in the variable. "MyPhoneServerLocalSSLAddr" and "MyPhoneServerPublicSSLAddr"

If you change the FQDN after the install, these variable are NEVER updated. This will cause Iphones to never get presence.

Wish I knew where I could update this variable so I could make a script to update the variable when someone changes the FQDN in the web portal.

I just finished reading your posts: you dig, but you dig in the wrong direction. Why you don't ask first?

Believe it or not Vali, your response wasn't particularly helpful. Consider this me asking, since we just encountered the same issue. How can we get the system to upgrade the value used for generating the provisioning XML files. And why does the Android App default to http while iOS seems to default to https?

For anyone else running into this issue, the values used in the provisioning file for SSL ("MyPhoneServerLocalSSLAddr" and "MyPhoneServerPublicSSLAddr") are stored in the registry and can be modified there.

Where in the registry would I find this? It seems the keys aren't labeled the same.

I also want to know where in registry?
Pls provide location
