Mitel 5312

Does anyone know how to get a Mitel 5312 to work with 3CX?

Unfortunately Mitel 5312 is not supported or tested by 3CX.
That being said we cannot confirm any functionality of the specific model.

I have a couple of Mitel sets, can't confirm that they are the 5313, but they looked similar. I tried them out for a while, then packed them a way a couple of years ago.

As I recall...first off, the sets have to have a SIP firmware load (off hand I can't remember where I got one, but most likely a search on the web), I think this required the use of a tftp server. After that it was just a matter of logging into the set and manually programming it using the GUI.

if you google "Mitel 5312 sip settings" you should be able to find a doc on how to change it to use sip settings. you may have to download the right firmware too, your phones may have only the Mitel firmware on them and not the Mitel/Sip firmware. A quick google should help you find out.
