Mobile Phone Availability connector to 3CX

"The Zello app sets your status to Busy when you're on a phone call(cellphone call). The status returns to Available after your call ends."

It had been nice if the 3CX app could have done this. The switchboard
still tries to transfer calls to me when I'm busy in a mobile call.

Agree it would be GREAT if the SoftPhone could change status when the user is in a call on the CellPhone,

How a GSM call will launch the 3CX app? Most of the time, 3CX app is not running.

Dont you have anything running on softphone/PUSH that can be used to sniff that a GSM Call is in use?

The reason for my wish, is that we have lots of companies, interested in 3CX, but where it is a nogo to force them to use a softphone (however we can install a SoftPhone) and it is a nogo to change the tecco for these CellPhones.

If we could offer Pressence nomatter if they is only using GSM for theiere CellPhone calls, then we will be able to sell to these - offen bigger - companies, and we will be able to sell a bigger 3CX (more Sim Calls).

Hope you can see a solution, that can hanle pressence nomatter if they is using 3CX SoftPhone, or the GSM for theier in and outbound on the CellPhones..

Hi Jesper
Yes, when the 3CX client is running, we can detect a GSM call. The problem is when 3CX client is NOT running.
Basically, what you ask for is to make the 3CX client a service monitoring GSM calls: it should not be terminated by the user, it should launch when device starts, it should have a continuous, stable connection with the MyPhone server.

It would be great if the 3CX client could monitoring GSM calls and show "Busy" presence in the 3CX solution

Solutions such as Innovaphone support this in their mobile App.
