Is there a way to modify the Grandstream HT802 provisioning template?

Nope, it is not modifiable. If you want to make additional changes you can remove the provisioning URL from the device after initial provisioning and make your changes.

You might run into trouble though since the configuration will no longer be supported.

In case that happens, reset and reprovision using our guide and the device should work as expected again.

Mhm ok. It would be nice to have such an option. The problem is, that every country has it's own dial tone, busy tone, etc. And if you don't modify it, some connected devices will not work correctly.

But ok, than we will modify by the settings after provisioning
