You are going to have to supply a bit more information. Does the 3CX log even show a registration attempt?

the device cant get the 3cx for registery i even try to change the port registration and nothing happen
what i can do?
where to start?

thanx

So the device will register correctly with a VoIP provider, but is not even showing up in the 3CX log as trying to register?

I would have to assume that you have either the wrong datafill in the unit, as it perhaps isn't even pointing to the IP of the PC running 3CX, or, somewhere in your network (settings?) there is something blocking it from communicating with the 3CX PC.

What is Ext 100 and 101, another device(s) altogether?

The MP202 has a System Log, which may give you some insight as to why it isn't registering.

nothing is blocking in the network ,the softs phones is regitering just fine.
on the unit(mp202) the log is that:
Feb 28 23:33:26 2011 System Log Message kern.warn ac494_init(line = 1)

Feb 28 23:33:26 2011 System Log Message kern.warn ac494_init(line = 0)

Feb 28 23:33:25 2011 System Log Message daemon.info FLASH_COMMIT!

Feb 28 23:33:22 2011 System Log Message daemon.info rg_system_argv:261: spawned PID 105

Feb 28 23:33:22 2011 System Log Message daemon.info rg_system_full:309: /bin/voip_task

what i need to do for the unit to register ?

Haven't used that particular ATA before but I browsed through the menu. Perhaps you can post the screen-shots of the Voice over IP/Signalling Protocol screen

The manual I'm looking at is slightly different, but, a couple of things stand out. One is the Gateway/Domain name. I'm thinking that you should have the IP of your router in there (I'm assuming that the one that you currently have is that of the PC running 3CX). The other thing that may cause an issue later, although once the ATA is registered with 3CX it might change on it's own, is the Register Expires time, it should be set to 1800 seconds maximum. Some of the check boxes below the gateway name, I'm not familiar with, you might have to "play" with those.

I would like to see what the Line Settings Page has to show if possible.
