Is there a way to provision multiple extensions on the same phone?

use the hotdesking in pro or enterprise version.

You would have to create a custom template, or manually provision the set. Both render the set unsupported, which means that if you have issues (submit a trouble ticket), you would have to return the set to a supported state.

Hi Matt,

This is not supported on 3CX and we do not have any method of doing this.

We only support and provision a single extension per IP phone.
