Hello guys,
I tried to find the best place for this query by searching for existing similar threads, I think this may be the closest I will get, but if this is not the case, my apologies.
Working on a pre-existing config for a client:
Enterprite Annual license, expires 2023, v 16.0.9 - think it's hosted on a VM but unsure
The issue is that when callers go through to a specific queue, they do not hear the specifically different on hold track I've uploaded (all tracks were saved as .wav, at 8khz, 16bit and mono and are nowhere near the upper limit in terms of file size). This same track is also loaded into the Call Park option under settings.
Under Settings > Music on Hold, have another production loaded on Music File 0 with the same file characteristics. This particular track plays when placed on hold, wherever the caller is on the queue.
Can anyone think of where I should be looking/what else to try?
Thanks
