Hello,

We use 3CX with a French VOIP Provider, OVH. We use multiple trunks with OVH on the same server.

We've got some errors " simultaneously sessions ". And OVH told us we have to change our SIP PORT to have unique SIP Answer port for each Trunk.

Example :
Trunk 1 : 5060
Trunk 2 : 5061
Trunk 3 : 5062

We are not talking about Destination Port (OVH) wich is always 5060 , but the answer Port on our Host.

Is it possible to do that on 3CX ? If yes, how ?

PS : We use Debian by the way.

Perhaps just try here in trunk settings

Are you using 3CX template for OVH ?

yes, we use OVH template.
And no, if you change the SIP trunk port, you change destination port. Not the answer one.

So we had answer from 3CX support and OVH as well.

We can't put more than 2 OVH trunks on the same 3CX server :(
1 - Because 3CX can't differentiate SIP port and SIP Answer port, it uses the same
2 - Because OVH can't have more than 2 trunks from same public adress with same answer port

I use Callcentric and have one SIP trunk up and running fine for a long time. Added a new sip trunk from callcentric from a separate account and when I try to route outbound calls over the 2nd trunk it gives me an authentication error in the log. Could this be the same issue?

Anything is possible. Best to start your own thread and put the provider (callcentric) in the title. And have you talked to Callcentric to see what they say?
