Music on Hold

Hello,
How can I change the music on hold used when I transfer the call or when I put the call on hold?

I am not sure I understand, but if you mean something like:

When I put a call on hold, I want this to play during that time.
When I transfer a call, during the transfer process while the call is in process, I want that to play.

I don't think there is a way to have specific MOH files play depending on the condition of the call handling as you have outlined.

You can load several different music files and set them for random playing. I use a free utility called Audacity to reduce the volume of the files so they sound okay.
