Solved my3cx.us Domain Flagged as Symantec Malicious Domain

my3cx.us domain name flagged by Symantec as a malicious domain
Symantec Endpoint Security is alerting https://my3cx.us as an infected malware domain.
Applies to endpoint running SES 14 and Sonar IDS service.
Alert is related to the 3CX Windows Client calling to the PBX URL xxxxxxxxxx.my3cx.us
We cannot resolve the issue with Symantec and should not have to either.
Effects both http & https

This is effecting several clients and makes us and 3CX look bad.
We opened support ticket this AM and have not had a reply yet.

Well this is 100% a Symantec error. You should take up the matter with Symantec. Furthermore, you would not have these issues if you used the new windows web electron app.... As its a web app and the anti virus does not get into that. This is the more modern way to deploy.
