MyPhone "Lite"

We have recently implemented v10 and it's going well. But our users are idiots. :O

We like MyPhone but we want to find a way to keep users out of certain features.

Is there a way to turn off some features?

What we really want is just Conference Room stuff and VoiceMail and dialing.

In the 3CX admin you have the option to turn MyPhone features off for the user.
Go to "extensions", select a user, select the tab "Other".

Yes, but I'd like to turn off more....

I think every tab should have a checkbox. :shock:

My options are greyed out (I'm currently using the free version)! Is there anyting else I need to do?

You will need the paid version to access all features. unless you use the full featured demo however that is only good for 2 cc's.
