Need to FTP for 3CX system that is hosted on 3CX.

Is there a way to connect through FTP to my 3CX system? 3CX hosts my system, and I would like to download all the recordings at once.

Regarding your question, please be advised that there is no FTP, SSH, or any other form of access to 3cx-hosted instances.

Consider using a remote archive location for your call recordings form, where you may download your recordings as required once they are archived.

Thank you for your quick response; if I archived them, I would still see them on the 3CX client if they are stored on a remote FTP server?

Yes, they will still be available in all the places they can be seen currently, including from call reports.

OK so archive all the Recording now I am missing the last few days, any idea why it can happen

Are the last few days seen in the management console > recordings section? Just not remote archive location?
