New 3cx Setup - Help Please

Thats my server log, I have an AudioCodes Mp-114 hooked up, when you call the line, it rings twice, you get a dial tone, and it will eventually hang up on you. This was setup exactly how the guide says, with the exception of the ip addresses.

Referred to your log. It seems the virtual extension 10800's password not match with 3CX box. Both virtual extensions at 3CX box and gateway must match.

I had a similar problem with V4 Alpha. Even when passwords were identical, 3CX was refusing the gateway. I created a new extension, with a new extension number, in the 3Cx and also in the Gateway and the problem was solved.
For some reason the information for the original extension became corrupted in the database.
Deleting and creating an extension with the original number didn't work.

First of all I thank you for your assistance. I have tried to make different extensions on both the 3CX and my Gateway.

In the audio Codes MP-114 Gateway I have under Protocal Management > End Point Settings > Authentication the exact same Extension/Password as under Lines > Manage in the 3cx gateway. Everything is set to 10800 or 10801 Etc. I'm 100% certain that everything matchs but I still don't show the line status as working?

What version and build are you using?
If you using v4, did you upgrade or make a fresh install?
If upgraded there might be a problem in DB.
Delete one of the extensions and set it up from beginning.
Still error?

Version: 3.1.2434.0 It's a clean install running on Windows Xp Pro SP2 With all updates, and there isn't anything else installed on that computer

I have to say that i agree with 5qg4 bout the ext and 3cx has mismatch on reg. Either line/ext number or password/pin.

On the 3cx box. Do you disabled, or at least opend for 3cx, in win firewall?

But again, just to make sure reg is not the probmel.
Make two new ext. wit dummy passwords like "123" or something.
Try to call between those two and see if it still fails.
For this you can try 3cx phone (softphone).

Ok, I've never had a problem making calls from extension to extension, it always works great. But I went ahead, and started all over again from scratch.Reloaded the 3cx server on a new install, Reset the mp-114 to defaults.

I Configured the MP-114 EXACTLY as the guide says with the exception of the IP Addresses. The 3cx server says the PSTN lines are still not registered.

AudioCodes MP-114 Version is
Version ID: 5.00A.024

Which I do believe is the latest.

According to that website, that firmware is only approved for use in the Microsoft Unified Communications environment. Furthermore, if you download the MediaPack 11x file, the name of the file is MP118_SIP ...

Also if you download the version 5.2 software, it contains cmp files for MP118 and MP124.

Is it okay to flash an MP114 with firmware labeled for MP118?

I flashed mine with the 118 firmware, and it works like a charm, the only thing is that the callerid is flakey at times.

If the caller ID is flakey, try to increase the time between call incomming and the actuall phone ringing.

CLID uses DTMF if your call incomming and the time you pick up the phone (ringing) is to short the CLID might get lost.
