Solved New Setup PBX express on cloud welcome mail not been sent

Hello all

I have just installed PBX express on google cloud.While installing I entered my SMTP details and and tested it showed fine and sent me a mail,but after login to management console if I try sending welcome email after selecting any of extension the same is not getting delivered.Even in Settings>Mail I am seeing same settings but while I try to press Test button nothing happens.Kindly guide me how to fix this issue.Thanks once again

Hello @Arunesh Dutta

Please note that if your SMTP is using ports 25, 465 or 587 it will not work with Google Cloud and Google Compute engine does not allow outbound connections on those ports.

Thanks a lot,I configured it with other mail service from my domain it works fine now
