Newie.... Really Confused?

Hey All,

i just installed 3cx this morning its now 5pm ( over 6 hrs since i installed ) and i carnt seem to figure out why:

a: i cant call extensions... i call one and have one on another program on the same pc that i am on it rings but the soft phone docent even ring but i checked the line status and it says idle but registered

b: i tried integrating 2 external BPLGLobal VOIP numbers into the server and it dosent even register them im not sure why

c: my digital receptionist isnt working i dial 80000 and it connects the call but dosent play the .wav file nor the mp3 file i tried both

if you could help it would be fantastic

p.s whats the number to access the voicemail? i couldnt find it in the manual

Let's try this one issue at a time:
Can you try calling ext to ext and post the server status screen of that? That should be the easy part and it that doesn't work, I wouldn't even try calling in/out.
