NFP licence

Hi, my NFP licence key no longer works with v5 is this an upgrade problem.

Have tried emailing the person who issued it but the address no longer exists.

No hasn't worked since the upgrade, have copied and pasted from the original email but still no good

I've the same problem. I've activated my "expert" key 2 month ago on an old v5 release. Now I've done a fresh reinstall (restoring configuration from a backup) but I've loosed the licence activation.
If I try to resubmit my key I obtain an error.

please, how can I re-activate my licence?

Contact the place where you got your license, and they will issue you with a new one
