Hi,

We currently are not getting any audio from any of mobile phone 3CX app calls.
The extension shows registered and the app rings when a call comes in but no audio.

See attached the ports that I have opened on the Router.
Also, I see the following error on 3CX event log for the call.

0/01/2019 3:21:24 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:53): Call to <sip:[email protected]:5060> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483

Hi,
Do you use Tunnel 5090 port on mobiles?
have you set this in extensions
12483

I don't see an option to specify the Tunnel port on the mobile app.

The setting is under 3CX app

12484

After making the change, you will need to send the welcome email again, As you need to scan the QBR code, or open the attachment in the welcome email

Hi Guys,

Yes, this setting is enabled.
I tried also by disabling.
Still no luck.

Please see a list of Ports I have allowed on the router.
Let me know if I have missed anything.

Internally when I am connected to the Wifi the mobile app works.

Thanks.

Mobile apps only use 3CX tunnel port 5090 (tcp and udp).

Is it the same issue, if the phones are connected mobile data or remote wifi

The phones are connected via Mobile Data

Have you run the 3CX firewall test ? and is everything green

do you have data use restrictions on mobile lines? or is your mobile provider blocking voip use ?

Watching this thread as I am having the same issue.

I ran the 3CX firewall test and got all Green.
I don't have any restrictions with my mobile provider.
If I ring an extension and if the other party doesn't pick up I can here there voicemail message.
But if they answer I dont here and audio.

if you dial *777 echo test , can you hear yourself back?

This is not accurate.

3CX Apps also use port 5001 for some data, contacts, phonebook, etc... but not for making calls...

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your help and advice.
I have managed to fix the issue.
On the Draytek I changed the NAT rules for 5001 and 5090 from Open ports to create port redirection rule. This made the difference.

Basically Open Ports is some kind of one to one NAT.

Rizni
