Hi,

we have the following Problem, if the WebClient or Desktop-App is used, we have no Audio Stream in both ways.
Windows Client and Mobile Apps (Android and iOS) are working.

The needed Ports are open / forwarded and the Firewall Checker shows no Errors.

Internet -> PBX
SIP UDP 5060
SIP TCP 5060
SSIP TCP 5061
STUN UDP 3478
RTP UDP 9000-10999
Tunnel TCP/UDP 5090
HTTPS TCP 443

PBX -> Internet
SIP UDP 5060 Full-Cone-NAT
SIP TCP 5060 Full-Cone-NAT
SSIP TCP 5061 Full-Cone-NAT
STUN UDP 3478 Full-Cone-NAT
RTP UDP 9000-10999 Full-Cone-NAT

Hi,

no the Clients are connected from different Places (WAN)

  • 3CX Version, 18.0 (Build 314)
  • Server OS, Debian 10
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? On-premises
  • Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, Telekom NGN
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi @LibertyX,

Are you able to access an extension that is on the same LAN as the PBX? If you can, can you make an internal call (ext to ext) and see if you have any audio problems on the Web Client / Desktop App?

There are only Phones (SNOM D385) in the same LAN as the PBX and here are no audio Problems.
To connect with an WebClient to the PBX is not such as easy, due to the PBX and Phones are in an separate Network Segment.

Hi @LibertyX,

Can you create two test extensions on your PBX and send me the login credentials for the Web Client via PM? To PM me the credentials, hover over my picture and click 'Start Conversation'.

@LibertyX found the root of his problem in that he didn't have certain ports open. This has been resolved.
