All users are making and receiving calls just fine except for one remote user.. That user is using the chrome extension and a headset for calling. Everything inbound is working fine but outbound has no audio at all. Just like this closed post..
My system is Windows Server 2016 running Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release) using Flowroute for my SIP provider.
Can someone tell me how to find the setting to disable the " Put Public IP in SIP VIA Header" option as mentioned in the linked post. I am not able to find this setting in my Trunk settings.
thanks
ive been fighting this for going on 3 days. ive gone over multiple threads here at 3cx and elsewhere. and tried everything within my knowledge and cannot figure this out.
outbound calls simply have NO audio from either side. inbound calls work absolutely fine across all phones.
this is a fairly new system and for the first couple of weeks everything worked fine. and suddently, it didnt. no changes were made to my knowledge, or that i can find.
all the proper ports are being forwarded to the PBX and firewall check is 100% ok full cone.
it sits behind a Ubiquiti Edgerouter X. and have...
