All users are making and receiving calls just fine except for one remote user.. That user is using the chrome extension and a headset for calling. Everything inbound is working fine but outbound has no audio at all. Just like this closed post..

My system is Windows Server 2016 running Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release) using Flowroute for my SIP provider.

Can someone tell me how to find the setting to disable the " Put Public IP in SIP VIA Header" option as mentioned in the linked post. I am not able to find this setting in my Trunk settings.
thanks

Try this solution I gave just a short while ago, to test and see the audio packets

This is a configuration option that is available when you configure a generic SIP trunk.

With a supported provider everythig is preconfigured to the requirements of the provider.

This shouldn't affect the one user however.

Issue seems to have been in a Chrome permission setting that the user excepted and it is now working. She enabled this before we were able to monitor a call.
thanks for the help
