Solved No missed call notification on android mobile app.

Please kindly advice me, currently I'm facing issue with mobile 3cx app don't have alert any missed call.
On the web client it have normally.

What kind of call is it?

Also, what Android device are you using?

I mean when customer call in to our hotline number then reach to mobile app extension and I missed to pick up the phone then I want to review missed call history can't found.

this issue I facing with model One Plush android phone.

Is the call going through a queue or an IVR/inbound rule?

Yes, it go through all IVR and Queue.

Yes, it go through all IVR and Queue.

If it goes to a queue, it will not cause a Missed Call in the mobile app log. However, in the Webclient/DesktopApp, under Calls > Abandonned, you'll see them. Also, it will cause a entry in the Event Log of the Dashboard.
