What happens with UPDATE 6?

No support for EPOS and PLANTRONICS/POLY in 18.11.1163

We have learned that only Yealink and Jabra headsets are supported and our fleet of headsets consists of EPOS and Plantronics/Poly (Plantronics/Poly will be phased out over time) no longer are supported with UPDATE 6 and App 18.11.1163 :-(

It's a bit sad if this is the way 3CX chooses to go, but then we just have to stay on UPDATE 5 and desktop app 18.10.461

You can try our universal WebHID option. We also released a new build for testing other headsets today.
