i recently installed the 3cx ver 16 on our debian server and i have the following problem
- there is no audio or video will transfer when we do call over the browser but
a. call from ios/android to windows app (working 100%)
b.call from windows app to ios/android (working 100%)
c.the text chat from the wordpress plugin to the 3cx is working and when i hit the call button it will ring on the other side and i will be able to answer the call but no Audio no video i can not hear the other side and same for him
d. the audio /video works fine on web conference / web meeting / web classroom
is anyone having same issue ? or it's only me
