Solved Office 365 Public Folder Contacts not syncing

We have set up the impersonated account, and it is working somewhat, as I can sync users. Syncing Public folders is not working...
the folder is:
Public Folders/Employee Address Book

I saw this post, https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/v15-exchange-2013-contacts-sync-failing.51420/#post-210135, but I do not know where to find that log file. Or maybe there is an easier solution?

Can someone at least direct me to how to check the logs, so I can investigate on my one? I have exported the Support/Generate Support Info and looked at that, but can't find anything about this connection attempt.

It is working now. For the future, the syntax is:
Address Book/Consultants
Address Book

I was incorrectly prepending Public Folder, like Public Folder/Address Book
