Office Hours and Status

New to 3CX, I'm currently configuring office hours and breaks.

I see that by default, during office hours, my status switches to "Available" and during breaks "Away". Typically, our "breaks" are lunch breaks, is it possible to make it switch during breaks to the "lunch break" status instead of "Away" ?

Also, when out of office, why is 3CX switching to DND and not "away" ? These status name make more sense to me.

Regarding your questions, please note that the statuses which are set by the office hours cannot change. As an alternative, you can set custom messages for each status which will be displayed under your extension.

You can do so by logging in to the WebClient>>Presence Icon>>and clicking on the pencil icon to add a custom message for the desired status.

This will make it so that instead of the normal status message, the custom message will be displayed instead.

That is correct, it is not possible to automatically switch to "lunch" status during break hours.
