One way audio after few minutes

I have a problem with a new installation.
When I make a call all works well until after a few minutes the party on the other end does not longer hear me.
I hear him perfect.
Somebody seen tis behavior?
Second question would be, how to bedug it

Sounds like an intervening firewall or router is dropping RTP packets after timing out the port(s). Check the log files of the devices, better yet, get a packet trace.

Have you forwarded the correct ports
Check if SIP_ALG is disabled
After installation have you run the firewall checker?
Enable the option “Enable Keep Alives” in Settings > General > Global Options

Thanks for your responses.
I did run the firewall checker and all test show that it is ok.
May be I 'm wrong here but it works at first but stops working after a minute or 3.
Then I can no longer hear the other party.
It is always so that I lose the sound no matter who makes the call.
To morrow I will try to make a Wireshark trace.

I added a wireshark trace and the activity log.
Maybe someone will look into this
