One-Way Audio Issue only if callee pick-up with delay

Hello,

I am facing an issue:

When i perform outgoind call from Acrobits or 3CX via DialCheap or MegaVoip :

- If callee picks up call the first 1-3 seconds, two way audio, all smouth,

- If callee pucks up call after 4-5 seconds, then, the most times, the issue is one way audio: at the softphone i see as "ringing", i can hear the other part, the the other part cant hear me.

I have tested "PBX Delivers Audio" and "Support Re-Invites" to extension and trunk without suscess.

What i should check ?

Version is 16.0.1078 ( i think it must be the latest ).

And do your internal calls (extension to extension) work fine?

Yes, internal works fine, and also with onother voip provider works fine.

Only issue with dialcheap and megavoip providers.

That's a good sign that your PBX works fine then, so we would suggest to use a supported provider which has already been tested and has a built in templates ready to use with 3CX https://www.3cx.com/partners/voip-providers/

Alternatively you should contact your provider and ask them to help you troubleshoot it.

I dont think that they will provice support.

Thats the reason i posted here.

Anyone using any betamax clone providers to help? I support that the settings will be the same for dialcheap and megavoip.
