Solved One way audio on ATTENDED transfer after update to v16

Dear Team and Members

My installation was updated to v16 yesterday. Now I have a few problems with transferred calls.
Unattended transfers work just fine.
but on Attended transfer only calling person can hear both ways. The person called (our operator) can not hear the person who calls from an external location after the transfer is completed.

I am not sure what is causing this. Firmware update or 3cx update. Please advise.
3cx firewall reports that everything is fine.

I found the problem
It is with Fanvil x3s and x5 firmware.
I had to go back way to 2.3.2 firmware to fix this. (current firmware 2.10 as well as all others have this problem)

It would be really great if this can be fixed.
