onfirmation to accept queue calls by recipient

Hallo,
we would like using Call Queues to ensure calls are accepted 24x7 on mobile phones. Thus queue members have a mobiles.

To avoid unwanted call termination on mobiles (e.g. mailbox, not available messages, etc.), the call-accept should be confirmed by the recipient.

For example:
Recipient picks up the call and a "digital receptionist" asks to press "1" to take the call.

If the "1" is pressed the call linked to this recipient, otherwise not and the queue continues to someone else.

Can this be accomplished with the 3cx? I did not find a way in out current version (10), but if provided this would be a reason for the upgrade.
