Hi - I have just started using a new vendor that is a partner with 3CX. I can not get the inbound call routing to work. I have the SIP trunk number as the main line #(in the siptrunk set up) and have added the 6 additional DIDs and have them programed them to ring individual extensions( different from the one the main line is going to). However, no matter what I do with the DIDs(adding astrisks infront ) I can not get them to ring on the corresponding extension. It only rings on the extension that I have the main trunk pointed to. The provider has checked my set up and it is exactly the way that they outline in the guide. They can not reproduce the issue when setting it up in their 3CX so they think it could be an issue specific to my PBX. Is there anything that I am missing. I do have inbound rules set up with 3 other siptrunks and they are all routing correctly. Any suggestions?

Hi - Yes I have tried to set it up this way. Orbtalk has another guide to set it up using a generic sip trunk. Ive tried both ways and neither worked. I was able to get it to work after I set it up the way Orbtalk instructed me to but using the following inbound parameters.
