outbound call problem

when i try to make call i get this message from provider
Call or Registration to 2531083800@(Ln.10003@ote) has failed. 195.167.16.28 replied: 403 Forbidden; warning: Invalid User; from IP:195.167.16.28:5060

what changes i have to do to make it work

This address is owned by Hellenic Telecommunications/OTE by the looks of it, if your provider they are sending an error message based on something sent in your INVITE is likely.

Are they supported by 3CX ? Registration or IP authenticated SIP trunks ?

its not problem of outbound rule the provider need change in outbound parameters of the trunkbut the support of ote is dump

If it was an outbound rule issue, then most likely the response would come back from the IP address of the PBX not the provider IP:

195.167.16.28 replied: 403 Forbidden

The only time the outbound rule would be considered would be if the response was being sent back from the provider because of what has been sent from the outbound rule (digit manipulation for example).

Again as above take a Wireshark capture and lets see whats being sent in the INVITE that the provider does not like.

The user in the following thread has an issue with OTE and managed to resolve it. He also mentions that he had to make a few changes in the outbound parameters to get everything working. To include a providers template into the PBX, the provider must be willing to work with us so we test their service and create a working template. So far we haven't had interest from any Greek providers.

Now that you have a working setup of OTE however you can export the template and use it on other systems
