Outbound Rule for Irish 0818 numbers.

Hi all,

I have rules setup and working for Irish freephone numbers 1800 and 1850.
I have tried adding 0818 to this rule and creating a separate rule for 0818 numbers but nothing seems to work.
I have attached a screenshot of the rule, maybe I'm overlooking something?
