Hi all,

Has anyone experienced a similar issue about stripping digit in the outbound rule?

1. Base on this log, the first call attempt was not successful because the 1st digit was not stripped out.
13116
2. This is the outbound rule that the user is permitted to use
13117

What's the solution to this?

Thank you

maybe the user is not consistent when dialing.

make another rule and add 1 to the length and strip 2 not 1, that way if someone miss dials a 1 or 01 or 11 it still works.

Hi Jcubio,

That is not inconsistent stripping. What it actually is you will notice that one call was answered and the other was not.

Depending on what happens, the log will either show the dialled number or the sent number.

What digits are actually being sent to the provider , along with what outbound rule was used (if in question), can be found in the 3CX Activity Log.
