Solved Outgoing calls failure - 403 Forbidden - GoIP8

Hello.
I need help with outgoing calls. The log shows me this:
Call or Registration to 9407580XX@(Ln.10006@GSM211_2) has failed. 181.XXX.XXX.42 replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:181.XXX.XXX.42:5060
Incoming calls work correctly.

You need to contact the SIP trunk provider at 181.xxx.xxx.42 and ask them why they are sending a forbidden.

The 403 is coming from the provider. You need to talk with them for further clarification.

Hello. Thankyou for your answsers.
The IP 181.xxx.xxx.42 is from the GoIP Gateway.
The gateway is in another office other than the 3cx server. The Firewall ports were configured 5060 tcp/udp, 5001 tcp, 5090 tcp/udp, 9000-16000 udp.

Then you'll need to look at the logs on the GoIP device and see why it's sending a 403 to 3CX.

Thank you SweetAction. The log that shows is: 403 ip auth fail

Then in Settings -> Advanced Voip -> Call OUT Auth Mode -> IP. It was on IP and I changed it to None. Outgoing calls now work correctly.
