Outlook Add In runtime error

I've noticed this happening on a few machines periodically. It initially installed OK but this morning, for example, I have the following error on a 2 PC's

I have tried restarting Outlook and trying to manually re enable the add in but this error pops up every time

You need to install VSTO. Follow this doc https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/desktop-components-deployment/#VSTO
