Paging rings phone instead of instant pickup

Using custom templates to allow for multicast


Paging is enabled for *9 and does dial the extension but it rings instead of instant pickup after tone. I can do a paging group to single extension and it does instant pickup and work like normal. But we have 35 classrooms and adding a paging for each individual is a chore and if more are added it will add to the task list. Is there somewhere in the settings or in the template to make this change? The template is a copy of the existing 3cx on with changes added to allow for multicast and multicast blf's

Hi Advantec, this is a permission thing.

Check the from extension and change it from User to Receptionist, or adjust its permission under "view" to include "call operations"
